About This Project

On this project we were tasked by our client to curate an atmosphere that will promote engagement between members of the Free Zones Enclave, potential investors, policy makers and participants that will lead to mutually beneficial interactions. We achieved this goal by building an ergonomic stage, setting the mood right with lighting, and overall a seamless audio-visual production.

 
Scope of Work:

• Stage and Set Design complete with stage flooring
• Comfort monitors for speakers and panelists
• Placement of LED screens to advertise products and sponsor videos
• Registration area complete with digital registration for event (with pre-registration)
• Exhibition booths embedded with display screens for vendors to display products, advertisement and engage with attendees
