AHASPORA: Ghana Action Forum

About This Project

On this project, we were contracted by the team from AHASPORA to manage their showcase event ‘The Ghana Action Forum’ which aims to engage Ghanaians living abroad and at home in an action-oriented and people-centered space to advance development in Ghana.

Scope of Work:

• Visuals: Complete set-up and management of LED screens and 65 inch display monitors for the event
• Lighting: Distribution of LED lamps around the hall to create a welcoming ambiance and project event’s theme colours.
• Sound: Complete audio set-up with PA systems, lapel microphones for panelists and hand held microphones for Q & A.
