About This Project

On this project, we were entrusted by the AfCFTA to provide their visiting African ministers with a seamless livestream, video conference and interpretation experience. Given the profile of the event, we teamed up with the protocol teams to adhere to all diplomatic procedures and deliver a successful meeting.

Scope of Work:

• Visuals: Complete set-up of LED display screens and display monitors
• Sound: Complete audio set-up with PA systems and gooseneck table mics for delegates
• Interpretation: Simultaneous translation into 4 languages transmitted to 400+ event attendees
• Live Production: Management of the hybrid conference
• Internet: Provision of High Speed internet for all participants and dedicated internet for video conferencing
